Cognitive Health Package

ReCODE or PRECODE Coaching Packages

Supporting you (and your care partner) to understand and implement the Bredesen Protocol to reverse, slow, or prevent cognitive decline. Accompanying you on the journey as you make lifestyle changes in the areas of the “Bredesen 7” (the main strategies used in the protocol). This package is designed for those enrolled in Apollo Health’s RECODE™ or PRECODE™ programs:

  • Foundation Session (60-75 min) + 4 Follow-up Sessions (60 min)

  • Email summary after each session  

  • Limited email/text support between sessions
